		<title>Swimming is tough</title>
		<description>The smim today was a challenge.  I have no idea the distance I am swimming in 15 minutes but it is probably not far.  open water swimming is harder.  I just have to keep plugging away. Tomorrow will be a nice rest. </description>

		<description>I have never enjoyed running.  Now I am reminded why.  I was able to complete 16 minutes than I walked 2 and finished the last 2.  I know it will get easier, but I am going to have to learn to enjoy it.   </description>
