Day 1
7 04 2008Got up this morning and rode the bike for a 30 minutes. Had my usual breakfast shake at 6:30 am. At 9:00 I was starving! I am going to have to eat a better breakfast. The work-out has me looking forward to my next. I am very tired this evening though. It is 9:30 and I am ready for bed. I hope my body adjusts to the new schedule so I can be more energetic at night with my kids. I know it will. In time, right?
